Naresh Govindaraj spent over two decades building enterprise data platforms at Informatica and Alteryx — tools used by thousands of companies to manage their most critical data. What he saw, over and over, was the same gap: the platforms were built for data engineers and IT teams, not for the operations people who actually live with the data every day.
Marketing Ops waiting weeks for an IT ticket. RevOps re-running the same revenue reconciliation every quarter. Sales Ops manually patching CRM records that broke again. The tools existed. He brings over two decades of experience building enterprise-grade data platforms, including leadership roles at Informatica and Alteryx, where he contributed to products that achieved leadership positions in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
Naresh founded AIdeaBlocks to address a critical gap in the AI era: while organizations invest heavily in data quality and AI models, they lack a control layer that ensures consistent application of business logic and policies. AIdeaBlocks solves this by capturing business intent from domain experts and embedding it directly into AI-driven workflows, enabling deterministic, governed execution and decision traceability.
He is passionate about building enterprise AI systems that are not just powerful—but reliable, explainable, and aligned with how businesses actually operate.
